A leading sixth form in Stratford, East London is seeking a Data Manager responsible for maintaining accurate sixthformer data in the database (supplied by WCBS-training will be provided if necessary)/
Developing and maintaining ICT-based and "real world" systems for collecting, tracking, recording and reporting academic assessment and attendance data
Producing high-quality and accurate reports for parents/carers, producing analysis of academic assessment and attendance data for the senior leadership team and other senior teachers to help ensure the achievement of the high expectations and ambitions the sixth form and its pupils share.

The right candidate will use WCBS (in-house database), analyse and export relevant data.
-Ensure the accuracy and currency of all data held within the database.
-Provide a full support/set up service, using the database and excel in the management and analysis of assessment data, attendance data, examinations data and year 12 option choice.

You must have previous RELEVANT experience in a similar role and be educated to at least A level standard, previous experience of tasks requiring considerable organisation over a medium-length period of time (eg a number of months).
Excellent skills with Excel and good general ICT skills
Be attentive and organised
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
