You will be reporting directly to the Head of Risk
You will need to be able to,
- Work Collaborativley with all parts of the business providing your risk expertise and insightful risk managment advice.
- You will be working closeley with risk managment practicioners and business lines to support growing and maturing risk managment capabilities and practices across the business
- You will need to be able to drive strategy and deliver on a high standard on the design, build and implementation of the risk frameworks.
- Provide independant assurance on the quality of risk managment activities and mitigations.
You will be a confident communicator wit a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders up to and including Divisional Directors. You will also have a proven track record of managing risk within an organisiation and will understand the importance a risk culture brings with a large business!
