They are seeking a reward analyst/consultant to join their constantly expanding and exciting team. This specific role is paying between £40,000 to £50,000. Such an opportunity will allow you to work in all aspects of reward with exposure to high calibre clients on a daily basis.
The role will include:
*working alongside the consultancy team on the development and execution of annual compensation studies and consulting projects
*client advise and consulting
*data collection
*analysis of client compensation
*project and process management
* Assisting on projects that develop and implement client reward strategies
The ideal candidate will have:
*degree in a numerate discipline
*excellent analytical skills
*advanced Excel experience
*data analysis and modelling techniques experience
