Application Support, Graduate, UNIX, Linux, SQL, Oracle, Financial Services, Technical Analyst
An Application Support Analyst is required to join the FX Client Services team with leading financial software house, specialising in FX and Treasury applications.
The role is to provide application support, receiving and analysing technical issues from clients for the FX/Back Office product; finding and applying solutions to client issues in the FX/Back Office product.
The application support role requires:
- Unix/HP/UX, Sun/Solaris or RedHat/Linux, command line level - Application support experience, no more than 2 years ideally - Financial technology understanding - Database knowledge- SQL or Oracle, advantageous but not necessaryThe role will entail:
- Providing application support to the global FX/Back Office client base
- Receiving and analysing technical issues from clients for the FX/Back Office product.
- Finding and applying solutions to the client issues in the FX/Back Office product
This role is an ideal opportunity for a support analyst with 1-2 years experience to gain exposure to the investment banking sector.
