I am currently looking for a 2nd line support engineer to work for a leading company in the Salisbury area. You will support the routine operation of the IT infrastructure, telephone system, printers and user PCs. This is to be done by carrying out a number of key tasks and providing timely 1st and 2nd line IT Help Desk support.
Desired Skills & Experience
*Good GCSEs in Maths, English and Computing
*Experience in building and setting up PC's
*Detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
*Experience of working with telephone PABX's
*Active directory administration experience
*Experience of supporting local area networks
*Minimum of 2 years working in an IT Help Desk support role
*Experience of ITIL methodology
