Robert Half HR is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Advisor to join a cutting-edge technology company at the forefront of their industry. The role is to be based in Reading, but with significant travel across Europe.
The Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for facilitating a range of soft skills training in a corporate environment across numerous European countries. The primary purpose of the role is to enhance employee capability to meet organisational requirements and business goals. Key Responsibilities Include: The delivery of corporate training classes New hire orientation, other training courses related to communication skills, problem solving, negotiation and influencing, etc... Enhancing current courses, designing and developing further offerings Annual Training Needs Analysis, providing advice and guidance on career development Working closely with line managers to identify training needs Monitoring potential e-learning solutions Ensuring all training records and reports are kept updated Core Requirements Include: CIPD/Training Qualification Experienced in course design and delivery within an internal, corporate environment Demonstrable experience in delivering training to a culturally diverse audience Previous European training experience would be advantageous Flexible approach, willingness to undertake significant travel
Salary & Benefits
The position of Learning and Development Advisor offers a salary range of £30,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience, with an excellent range of company benefits.
