My client are currently looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT Service Desk. This is a 2 year fixed term role that is based in Central London. They are paying £30,000+ for the right candidate.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a Service Desk role
A forward thinking and innovative attitude
Hands on technical experience with Windows infrastructures
Office 2010
Windows 7
Active Directory and/or Exchange
ITIL environment
Documentation
