
Our client, a leading boutique private bank, based in City of London is currently seeking a solid HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be paying a salary of circa £28,000 with excellent benefits and a great team environment.
The role responsibilities will include:
- Managing the onboarding and leaver process
- Managing background screening checks
- Preparing starter packs
- Updating the HR system - Oracle
- Managing the probation process
- Assisting the annual salary and bonus process
- Processing invoices
This role is a varied administrative role and therefore the role requirements will include:
- Solid understanding of HR Administration
- Proven experience dealing with high volume administration
- Strong communications skills at all levels
- Ability to work under multiple demands
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience to HR Systems - ideally Oracle
