My client, a leading financial service organisation, is searching for a HR Administrator to join their proactive and business focussed HR team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in central London on a salary of circa £25,000 to £30,000.

The role will require:

* Strong HR database knowledge

* Strong HR process and policy knowledge

* Experience of assisting with the induction and benefits process

* Excellent written English

My client is looking for a candidate with:

* Previous HR Administrative exposure

* Exposure to a fast paced environment such as financial services

* Keen to develop a career at HR Administrative level
