They require someone who can provide effective teaching to children with SEBD that raises their educational attainment, removes barriers to learning and prepares them for transition to their long
term educational placement. You must be able to provide clear structures for lessons that maintain pace, motivation and challenge, which also takes account of individual learning styles.
