Head of Health, Safety and Environment
The role reports to the People Director, is based in London and has a UK wide focus.
This new role presents an exciting opportunity to reinvigorate health, safety and environmental best practice across the organisation whilst meeting the challenges of delivering HSE services in a complex environment which balances legal compliancy and the delivery of quality of life led services for our service users.
Managing a small team of professionals the Head of HSE will lead on the strategic and operational delivery of HSE services; playing a key role in the development of services, drive through change by raising standards and establishing effective controls, promote a positive HSE culture and provide support to senior managers.
You must have a NEBOSH diploma and experience of strategic development at a senior management level. You will demonstrate the ability to lead on major HSE issues within an organisation of similar size, a confidence to challenge and influence policy and the skills to successfully communicate and engage with various stakeholders.
