Responsibilities:
As a member of a growing team you will be required to take part in all stages of the web development life cycle. Your key daily tasks will include:
- Develop, implement and maintain object oriented backend applications with PHP5, MySQL
- Produce and launching of sites
- Perform code verification and determine recommendations for adaptation
- Analyse processes in order to provide solutions
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies in PHP5
- Strong commercial experience of the Zend framework, ideally version 2
- Strong knowledge of database technologies to scale for high volume web sites
- Experience in dealing with large scale websites that receive millions of visits per day
- Strong knowledge with dealing large system including logging and reporting
- Good HTML, Javascript and CSS knowledge
This contract will be paid at between £30-35/hr and is expected to last a minimum of 3 months.
