A Business Systems Support Analyst is required to join the Support Team of a highly competitive Fund Accounting Software Vendor. The clients of this vendor comprise of major banks, and highly renowned Funds Management Organisations. The Business Systems Support Analyst will coordinate the Production Service Desk in London, providing support for production clients.
Required Experience:
. Business Analyst or Business Systems Support / Service Desk / System
Administrator roles either within or to the financial services industry (at
least 3 years experience).
. Familiarity with business processes within financial services such as Funds
Management / Custodial Services / Investment Operations.
. Competent using tools such as SQL or Excel for the retrieval and analysis
of information.
. Exposure to business systems architecture, system administration and
implementation projects within the financial services.
This role is based in London City, and is paying up to £50k base salary, plus £10k on-call allowance.
