My client is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR Team based in London. Salary c. £32,000 - £34,000.

With the support of the HR Manager this role will provide a full HR generalist service to the designated client groups.
Ensuring the delivery of a high quality and professional HR Service, this role will have key responsibility on all day to day queries and core tasks within the HR remit.


The responsibilities of the role will include:

* Supporting the HR Manager with ER issues
* First line advice on Policy and Processes
* Supporting Secondments
* Liaising with HR Administrator
* Managing the recruitment processes
* Assisting with the benefits review
* Generate MI reports
* Assist a number of adhoc projects


The role requirements will include:

* Exposure to HR in a professional services environment
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Experience supporting ER cases
* Graduated to degree level. CIPD qualification or working towards
