A fantastic new role is now available for a strong, motivated and proactive individual who will make this role their own and be the key player for the network support. The successful person would be responsible for technical support and high availability networks. Also included in this role would be supporting the other infrastructure teams in their diagnosis and reviewing the new network designs and changes.
Essential:
Network Technologies - LAN, WAN, IP, Firewalls, Switches and Routers.
Network monitoring and configuration
Capacity management and performance tools - LAN and WAN
ITIL qualified
Network security
Working within a SLA environment
Supporting multiple complex networks - Retail, Digital, Corporate,Mobileand VoIP.
CCNA qualification
Desirable
Work effectively under pressure
Strong written and verbal skills
