Meet and exceed targeted revenue and profitability, measured against agreed business plan, by ensuring assigned reports understand and work towards these targets and that strategies are executed and developed for the market.
Develop the sales and marketing strategy and ensure there is the necessary resources and processes in place for growth and development of our current business activities in the aftermarket sector.
As part of the management team, support the development strategy by supporting and co-ordinating other regions activities in this sector.
Manage the supporting commercial and technical teams
Negotiate contracts on behalf of the Company when required.
Support the development of client relationships through business and social interaction.
Provide HSEQ leadership ensuring personal/team compliance with legislation and Company policies
Be fully familiar and fully conversant with department and company policies, procedures and processes, ensuring all work and actions undertaken are in full compliance at all times
Support other departments and carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
The position will require international travel.
Oil & Gas Industry experience in similar role
Knowledge and understanding of the aftermarket sector of the oil and gas industry
Demonstrate good customer service attributes
Proven track record of delivering sales revenues and targeted profitability
Good knowledge of business processes and practices
Ability to interpret technical information
People and Leadership skills
Highly organised and self-driven
