Real Staffing Group are currently working with a Financial Servcies Organisation in Yorkshire in the search for an ALM Manager.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A working knowledge of Market and Liquidity risk management techniques including:
- Earnings at Risk
- VaR
- Gap Reporting
- Stress Testing
- Knowledge of Treasury instruments and their valuation methods including Interest Rate Swaps and Options.
- Knowledge of Customer Banking products, for example Mortgages and Savings accounts.
- An understanding of complex financial models with multiple interdependent relationships.
- A working knowledge of ALM software tools preferably "Quantitative Risk Management" (QRM), the application used within Group ALM to manage market and liquidity risk.
