Huxley Associates are currently working with a well respected and growing Homecare and Private Healthcare organisation who are proud members of the Care Quality Commission.
We are helping them to source an HR Manager to join the team on a 6-month FTC.
The role is based in an easy and convenient location right next to London Bridge.
This role will report into the HR Director for the wider business and will provide a dedicated HR Service to the business with the support of an HR Advisor.
This is a true generalist position responsible for all tasks under the HR function including Recruitment, Employee relations, Policy & Process, Training and additional Ad-Hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with great organisational skills, brilliant time keeping, able to use their own initiative and good planning and delivery.
They will have similar experience within a similar organisation and some level of managerial experience.
The salary for this role will be £45,000 - £50,000.
