Technical Analyst-MS Dynamics-Contract-London

My client, a top tier bank is looking for an experienced Technical analyst for a contract position based in Canary Wharf. In order to be considered, you will need extreme in depth knowledge of MS Dynamics 2011.

This role will provide technical analysis and configuration expertise to internal customers encompassing MS Dynamics 2011. You will liaise with the delivery development team along with the business.

You will be responsible for:

• Requirements definition, analysis and design
• Configuring the CRM system
• Supporting the UAT testing
• Creating training materials #
• Requirements gathering
• Functional spec
• Data analysis

Person requirements

• Advanced MS Dynamics CRM v2011 experience

experience of the solution in case management implementations

use of workflow and dialogs to an advanced level

knowledge of how to use form script and ribbon customisation

understanding of how and why custom plug-ins and workflow activities would be used

• HP Quality centre
• TFS
