Responsibilities also include:
* Taking a lead on projects relating to business systems, as well as providing for escalated support requests
* To liase with internal 3rd party customers to anaylse and specify new servoce requirements
* Understand the trechnical infrastructure and liase with the appropriate IS teams in relation to development and support issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with the relevant managers and external suppliers
You must also hold the following:
* An excellent track record of successfully fulfilling and excelling in the duties of a Business Systems Analyst
* Good understanding of IS infrastructure and architecture
* Good understanding of QL or another leading tier 2 finance system
* Business and systems analysis, design methodology experience (eg UML, RAD, DSDM, OO, SSADM)
