Real Staffing Group are currently working with a leadign Financial Servcies organisation in the search for a Risk Partner.
This is a permanent role.
The candidate will be part of an expanding team, helping to implement and shape the new risk framework.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in risk/regulatory requirements and risk management applicable to the financial sector;
- Up to date knowledge of internal and external Prudential/Conduct Risk developments and practices;
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience in Financial Services
