We are currently seeking candidates for a Resourcing Partner vacancy for a national professional services organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Resourcing, this varied role requires a talented resourcing specialist who will support the delivery of a pro-active resourcing service to a dedicated client group and act as subject matter expert on all recruitment matters.
Utilising a team of resourcing advisors to support the operational delivery of day to day recruitment to your allocated client group, you will be responsible for supporting the development of the resourcing function to a strategically aligned business partner, taking ownership of interesting and varied projects and overseeing the delivery of a first class recruitment service.
Responsibilities will include:
Headcount planning
Development of employer brand
Developing new sources and pipeline of talent
Develop social media strategy
Plan and implement recruitment campaigns
Advise on selection methodology including the design of rigorous selection processes
You will be a talented resourcing specialist with experience gained in house or onsite who is passionate about resourcing. You will have up to date knowledge of relevant employment legislation and sourcing strategies and ideally be educated to degree level.
