My client who is a Top 50 NMA Digital Agency are currently seeking an experienced eCRM Account Manager to join there growing team. We are looking for a very solid, diligent, buttoned down account manager to work on an eCRM account for us. Must have experience of managing an email programme and ideal some experience of loyalty - planning campaigns, briefing copy & design, managing email build, reporting, analysis etc. are all part of the day to day. Working alongside a data agency/ESP - whilst we don't currently manage the data elements of this account, this account manager needs to be well versed in data & segmentation and should be confident contributing to discussions around eCRM strategy; content planning, contact strategies, segmentation, testing etc.
Will be working into a AD but must be able to talk confidently about eCRM and lead this element of the client relationship. Attention to detail and ability to act as a brand guardian - delivering 100% spot on copy & creative every time - are absolutely essential and we'd like to see examples of this during the interview process.
