A fantastic opportunity has working for my Birmingham based client, they are looking for a 1st/2nd line support engineer for a 12 month contract. The ideal candidate with have experience working within a support environment and will have excellent communication skills. The role will involve answering calls, troubleshooting, installations, configurations and remote support.
