FX, Ecommerce, Autobahn, Support, Client Services
Tier 1 bank is looking to hire an FX ecommerce client services analyst.
The successful candidate must have an in depth understanding of FX instruments, 2-3 years within Client Services or Trading Operations
The role will be focussed on the client services and the onboarding of clients to various applications
* Establishing initial client contact
* Arranging with client infrastructure suitability
* Application deployment
* Post deployment trouble shooting
* Establishing client trust in the CSG support function
* Hand over to CSG support team
* Certificate and password management
* Administrative functions
Successful candidates require at least 2 years experience of working in an investment banking client facing or trading support or operations environment. Candidates should be able to operate in a multi-platform environment, interacting with technical support, support staff and overseas clients.
Candidates will need to be comfortable working remotely to client desk tops, be quick to grasp issues and be confident in their abilities.
