Learning and Development Administrator
My client, an International Law firm is currently looking to hire a Learning and Development administrator to work within a dedicated and supportive HR Team. It is a London based, permanent role and is paying a salary between £20000 to £24000 per annum.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to support the legal learning team in the delivery of training services to their legal staff. The learning and development administrator will also provide general administrative support, database management and other logistical support.
Key skills required;
Ability to build key relationships of professional trust.
A good understanding of the processes required to delivery a successful training program.
Excellent project management skills.
Commitment to high levels of client service both within the function and across firm.
High attention to detail and the ability to follow processes consistently.
Previous experience of working in a partnership or equivalent professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A good knowledge of the MS office suite of applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint are required and knowledge of Dovetail and Hospitality Suite would be helpful.
