Essential
Experience of Retail environment and its process
Minimum of 5 + years in a business analyst role
Experience of B2C Customer-facing processes (e.g. Customer Service, Sales Ordering, etc.)
CRM and Customer satisfaction experience
Be able to take a business problem, build the requirement, complete all the processes straight through to the RFP
End to end experience of the solutions development lifecycle
