I'm am currently working on a live requirement for a Building Services Design Engineer based on the south coast.
They are known as one of the most renowned consultancies in the country, holding a design team of 60 people working in a high standard of mechanical, electrical and environmental engineering.
My client has explained that over the 6 month period you will be working on a number of different projects all being up market residential structures.(Hotels) (high rise)

Autocad 2D/3D
Schematics
Hand calcs/Computer calcs
Not every skill is required but the more you have the easier your application will be.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience please do not apply if you don't.
Rate- £20/£23n an hour
