The successful role holder will be involved Supporting and developing Operational Capability for the business as well as delivering business change and implementing new products and services generally. The role holder will also have the opportunity to support the development as well as own implementation of new strategic initiatives and opportunities generating growth to optimise profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a Project and change management background and have excellent customer awareness experience. Sound knowledge of the cards business or Retail Banking is preferable as you would be expected to hit the ground running immediately.
This role will involve a lot of stakeholder exposure so a track record in presenting and managing stakeholders is crucial to the role.
