
Training Manager, Banking, London, £550-600 per day
A tier-1 investment bank in London urgently requires a Training Manager with significant experience of delivering training courses for bespoke in-house business-process related applications that have been written by the bank from scratch and which are undergoing constant extension and enhancement, not customised versions of third party products.

A Training Manager who has experience of managing teams that design and implement new training initiative, and work with the BAU/ Run The Bank trainers and resources to roll this out to users
Ideally investment banking experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in 'Train the Trainer' techniques, development of training programmes and using webex to design and deliver new training methods
This role is suited to a senior individual with a number of years worth of experience in the Training field. Please only apply if you feel you meet all the requirements for this role.
