Performance Measurement & Attribution Software Consultant - London - Contract
A leading Asset Management house require a Business Consultant to join their growing team. This organisation works with high profile clients and boasts a large global portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services within asset management or financial vendor such as
FactSet, Eagle, BI-SAM, SimCorp, Barra, StatPro, Advent, SunGard, SS&C, CAPS, DSTi, Thomson, First Rate, and Wilshire.
Alongside Performance Measurement and Attribution Software knowledge, any understanding of Financial Data Management or Investment Reporting would be highly beneficial.
The role requires the confidence to run workshops with the client, gather requirements, challenge the client and handle issues as and when they arise. You must also have strong documentation skills in order to create functional documentation and have a technical awareness in order to do some product configuration.

Excellent communication
Performance knowledge - must have!!
Financial knowledge - Ideally Investment Management knowledge - Equities / Fixed Income / Derivatives in particular swaps
Data Management / Data warehouse / Client Reporting experience and knowledge - Pricing data, securities data, positions, transactional data, reference data etc. - beneficial but not essential
Client facing, confident and a willingness to learn and develop
Please note you must have experience of working as a BA or Consultant implementing Performance Software. This role is a contract postion, however there could be the opportunity for this to turn perm - should both parties be happy to move forward on that basis.
