An opportunity exists for an experienced regulatory reporting analyst / associate / AVP is now available with a large scale, top tier investment banking group based inLondon. As an ambassador for the compliance department, you will be responsible for the regular process of key report provision to regulatory bodies world wide. The role involves the management of complex regulatory reporting requirements in collaboration with a range of different business units. You will be ensuring that regulatory shareholding disclosures are compliant and accurately reported to the relevant regulators internationally. A large portion of the role involves stakeholder management and analysis of business requirements for regulatory reporting, you will solve complex queries and data issues for the business.

This role would suit a candidate with prior regulatory reporting experience within a large financial services body. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and have come from a well established compliance function.

We require candidates to have knowledge of share dealing terminology.

You will have to have prior knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in theUKand EU (essential) with expertise in other jurisdictions also desireable.

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to make an impact within a global compliance function. You will have a high degree of visibility to senior management across the M&A, Wealth management and investment banking areas of the business.
