In your role you will be closely working with the business areas and the wider Oversight teams to:
Support the delivery of the design, build and implementation and embedding of our customer risk management framework and 2nd line oversight framework for conduct risk.
Review and challenge first line risk activity and provide insightful 2nd line view on conduct risk across the business
Build close working relationships with risk practitioners and stakeholders and support growing capability and maturing risk practices within 1st line teams
Review and challenge management information packs and KRIs, report 2nd line opinion on conduct risk exposures and the effectiveness of 1st line risk management practices.
manage and deliver high quality assessments/reviews of 1st line customer risks, risk management practices and provide effective reporting to inform and influence executive decision making.
Instigate reviews and provide support to the business to respond to internal and external events relating to customer conduct risk, for example internal audit or external regulatory reviews.
Work collaboratively with all parts of the business, leveraging your business and risk expertise and deliver timely and insightful risk management advice and practical solutions to the business
You will attend a number of Customer Risk Oversight Management Forums and will play an integral role in shaping and delivering customer risk oversight across business areas and key control functions within the scope of your role.
