NHS Complaints Manager - 3-6 Months - North West
I am currently recruiting for an Interim Complaints Manager for a 3-6 month assignment in the North West.
- Experience in NHS complaints handling and writing high quality complex/simple complaints responses.
- High standard of verbal and written communication skill
- Clinical experience (nurse or midwife or allied health professional or other relevant clinical experience )
- Able to work well with a team
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
