I am currently working with a major Software House who are looking to hire 1 x Senior .Net Developer and 1 x Mid Level Developer to join their ever increasing team.
They are looking for not only technically strong developers but developers with excellent communication skills who can build and maintain relationships across the business.
Of course you must be technically capable and must have the following skill set:
C#
WCF
WPF
TDD (have had exposure to this environment)
MVC (exposure would be beneficial but not essential)
