
A global financial services company based in Essex are currently looking for a Reward Business Partenr to join their expanding Reward function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational responsibility for the completion of complex job evaluations and market analysis to provide suggestions for adjustments
- Participation in salary and benefit surveys across EMEA.
- Assist in the annual bonus review
- Provide advisory support to the HR teams regarding benefits administration
- The review and development of compensation and benefits plans.
Essential Criteria:
- Significant compensation and benefits experience, in a large corporate environment (financial services is a strong advantage)
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting
- Highly numerate and analytical
- Experience with Peoplesoft or Mercer e-Prism
- Educated to degree level and preferably CIPD qualified
