Our client is a leading B2B online media and publishing company with an award-winning portfolio of market leading magazines, directories, web sites and online services. Part large group of companies with annual sales of £250 million, with globally recognised brands in 18 vertical markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Asia.. Our clients product is the UK’s leading provider of property information with products spanning from publications covering both the UK and abroad, to online research tools and digital media solutions.
In order to grow their revenues further, our client is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join the London-based Telesales team.
The role will require you to generate advertising revenue from a broad range of clients across our key offline and online brands
This will be achieved by both the up-selling of inbound enquiries plus pro-active cold calling across your sales territory.
- The successful candidate for this role will require the following attributes:
- Excellent communication skills – you will be dealing, via telephone & email, with a range of property professionals in the commercial marketplace
- High levels of enthusiasm and a passion for winning – whilst part of a wider team, self-motivation and focus is a must
- Strong organisational skills - the ability to manage & prioritise a pipeline of prospects
- Good time management - able to manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly call targets
- The ability to work under pressure – to meet targets and deadlines
- A genuine interest and desire to learn about the portfolio and the marketplace it serves
- Sales experience – would be an advantage but is not essential
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word & Excel
