Design Draughtsman - Contract - Cornwall - 6 Months
New contract opportunity. Huxley associates are currently looking for a Design Draughtsman on 6 month contract inCornwall.
This role has arisen due to the introduction of a new CNC machine that the company has invested in. This has resulted in a need for a design engineer to cope with the increase in design work available.
Essentials:
- Experience of detailing fabricated drawings
- Experience of detailing steel structures
- 2D/3D Cad skills, ideally Solidworks but other cad packages considered.
Day to day duties:
- Fabrication drawings
- Profile drawings to operate CNC machine
- Designing small components such as brackets and pipe fittings
- Designing mid size structures
