
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen within a rapidly expanding consultancy that are in the process of establishing a pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement practice to complement the Health Economics and Market Access services they currently provide. The company are seeking to appoint a Head of Pricing to establish and the pricing and reimbursement business unit to ensure the companies' success story continues.
Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:
- Develop a business plan for the pricing business unit including defining market opportunity and setting budget requirements annually
- Drive the business development process for pricing & reimbursement services with ultimate responsibility for meeting annual revenue targets
- Recruit, develop and coach a team of pricing specialists capable of delivering high quality solutions to clients
- Initially, until a pricing team is in place, you will need to manage projects with clients

The candidate:
- A Pharmaceutical/Life Science consultancy or industry background, with proven expertise in pricing and reimbursement

- A man manager with strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- A "hands on" consultant good with clients
