Software Release Manager/Engineer,Chester, Circa £45000
My client based inChesteris in need of an experience Software Release Manager / Engineer to play a pivotal role in the Development process onsite.
The successful candidate will have a good overall understanding of the full development lifecycle & Agile methodologies. You will be able to really contribute to the direction of the software deployment strategy of the company and you will effectively have a blank canvass to put in place your ideas.
Experience needed:
GIT and/ or JIRA
Source control - either Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Subversion
Continuous integration
Working with multiple servers (web-based)
Setting up configuration management
Agile Methodology
Desirable:
ITL experience( certification would be a bonus)
Websites with zero downtime
Exposure to Thoughworks Go
