A global financial services organisation is currently looking for a Reward Analyst to join their expanding team.
In this role you will support all key reward processes such as annual pay and bonus cycle, incentive scheme initiatives, benchmarking and policy review and improvements.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified, have a good understanding of compensation procedures with advanced excel skills and experience working with large volumes of data on HR Systems (Peoplesoft, Oracle Populous etc).
