Our client a world leading risk and insurance services firm is seeking a strong Administrator to support the delegated authority review team with the management and maintenance of the central delegated authority register and repository to ensure that the systems are adhered to.
Duties to include are:
*Maintaining the central Register of Delegated Authorities
*Maintaining the central Delegated Authority Repository
*Setting up and minuting of governance meetings
*Proactively engaging with the various business units to secure the paperwork in advance of the governance meetings
*First port of call for enquiries about the compliance procedure for Delegated Authorities and how to fill out the business case forms
*Providing procedural guidance to the business units
What we're looking for
We are seeking a highly organised administrator with great attention to detail, strong ability to multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience with Delegated Authorities/Binding Authorities is essential. A strong communicator who can communicate on all levels and work well as part of a team.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
