My client a leading financial services organisation based in Redhill, Surrey are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Support technician.
Working as part of the ITS department you will be providing 3rd line service desk support to the business and identify ITS improvements. You will need to have excellent communication skills combined with excellent customer service skills.
The key responsibilities are:
*Escalate and assign service desk requests
*Resolve incidents and requests
*Other service-related support -To act on instruction and carry out service related activities in line with the departmental policies and procedures Manage and leadership oversight and hands on support of network technologies, including routers, firewalls, switches, WAN technologies
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
*Experienced working in a medium scale ITS function in a 3rd line position including analysis of incident reports
*Experienced working with Microsoft and Dell technologies; Powershell, advanced PC and server architecture, terminal Services and deploying TS apps
*To provide a customer service based support role utilising the service desk application and escalating/assigning service desk requests to support technicians as appropriate.
*To work alongside 2nd, 3rd line and management teams in resolving incidents and service desk requests
*To proactively recommend changes to architecture or process to the ITS management team.
This will be a great opportunity to work with a leading financial services client in the South East.
This is 3 month rolling contract that will pay between £300-£350 per day.
