Urgently seeking an experienced database developer with excellent SQL Server / T-SQL expertise to work on a permanent basis for my client; a major financial services firm based in central Manchester. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong technical skills with Microsoft SQL-Server 2005 / 2008 and will have strong communication skills. Any experience in data migration / ETL, specifically SSIS would be desirable. This is a great SQL job in a business driven by it's data - the company are very tech-forward and take pride in up-skilling their staff into industry leading developers.
Required Experience:
o SQL RDBMS (2005 / 2008 R2)
o Transact SQL / T-SQL
o SQL Objects (stored procedures, triggers, views, functions etc)
Desirable Experience:
o SSIS / SQL Server Intergration Services
This is a brilliant opportunity and will appeal to a candidate who is ambitious and wants to progress within a successful organisation.
