Are you an experienced Head of Collections & Recoveries Manager looking for a fantastic new challenge?
This role will cover a range of portfolio's including Banking operations, mortgage operations and Retail operations. You will be part of the senior leadership team managing a team of 30/40 people and an offshore team of 200.
In the role your responsibility will be to
- Execute collection and recovery strategies
- Work with the business portfolio's
- Drive industry insight and impairments
- Work with Stakeholders who are involved in credit risk decisions.
To qualify for the role you need the following skills
- Expert skills in Collections and Recoveries
- Knowledge of the Credit Risk lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills
