
Senior HR Manager - Interim - Law - £70-80k
My client, a prestigious International law firm, is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join the team in their London offices to cover a period of maternity leave.
Managing a team, the purpose of this role is to provide a full HR Generalist service to a number of specific practice groups from both a strategic and operational perspective.
Responsibilities include:
Strategy and Direction
Business change
Talent Management and Development
Recruitment, Resourcing, and Induction
Salary and bonus review
Appraisal Programme
Employee Relations and Performance management
You will ideally be a graduate, with CIPD qualification and experience gained ideally in the legal sector.
