I am currently seeking a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to come on board for a minimum 9 months contract with my client based in Hampshire.
In this position you will be providing Business as usual 2nd Line Technical support within a team of 10 engineers. The skills required are as follows:
- Experience of delivering IT support
- Microsoft Windows XP / Windows 7
- Windows Server 03 / Server 08
- Microsoft Office applications
- LAN and WAN Networking
Knowledge in some of the following skill areas:
- Microsoft Exchange (Advantageous)
- Virtualisation (VMware / Citrix - Advantageous)
- Web Filtering (Advantageous)
- Firewalls (Advantageous)
