My client is looking for an innovative Senior Java developer to join a talented team of 6 Java Developers based in Dublin 2. Great opportunity to work on new, exciting projects. Collaborative, agile environment - want to hear your great ideas and suggestions on how to improve their product.
Your Role:
As a Senior Java developer, you will be involved with the whole software development lifecycle You will join an existing team of 8 Java programmers who have a seriously strong passion for what they do - they are seeking Senior Java developers who feel the same way! They are detail-orientated and aren't afraid of solving complex problems. This is a fast-paced environment, where agile methologies are employed. As a Senior Java developer, you will coach and assist the more junior Java developers on the team.
Your Skillset:
BSc or MSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in Java based technologies.
Commercial experience in Spring or Hibernate.
A strong understanding Object Oriented Design.
Experience with Javascript, JQuery, CSS, HTML5, Ajax, JSON, XML advantageous.
Experience an agile environment advantageous
Great communication skills. (both written and verbal)
