A fantastic opportunity has working for my Telford based client, they are looking for a 1st line support engineer for a 3 month contract. The ideal candidate with have experience working within a support environment and will have excellent communication skills. The role will involve answering calls, troubleshooting, installations, configurations and remote support.

-Windows XP/7
-Active Directory

-MS Office
