Computer Futures are urgently seeking a number of Software Engineers to work for a market leading client based in the Reading area with the option to work from home full-time.
The Company is enjoying a period of sustained success and are now looking to expand their already successful team.
The sucessful candidates main dutys will be:
Porting of commercial and open source BIOS and boot-loaders (Intel BLDK, U-Boot,Coreboot, Yamon, etc.) to custom hardware targets.
Configuration of Linux kernels to meet customer requirements including the integrationof third-party device drivers.
Development of Linux device drivers for custom hardware.
Creation of full Linux board support packages for new hardware reference platforms.
This position is paying up to £40,000 and comes with an excellent benefits package that include Pension and Health Care.
